Today round about 18:00 a petrol attendant by the name of Mdluli on the M2 East high way .He insulted at us and refused to attend to us .We were at a petrol pump when he called the car behind us to service .When we and the guy on the other pump questioned this he said he will not help us , obviously we were upset about this we asked what kind of service is this he started throwing insults telling us that he attandends to better cars than ours .kanti does Shell's treatment to their customer depends on what car the customer drives.I then went inside the store to call the manager Mpho , he triad to calm the situation but no Mdlulu was up there .Even left me and the manager and he went to back to my husband now with his taxi driver friends trying to gang up against my husband. IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE SHELL GIVES ITS CUSTOMERS
Bad customer service at elsburg shoprite elsburg. Cahier (Presious) was chatting with a ***friend at the till for 15mins while we stood in the queue. When we asked as to why the queue was not moving she purposely started scan our groceries slow just to be spiteful, she did not great ,nor acknowledge us nor supervision on the floor to even monitor the cashiers
I went to Euro steel Wade to buy stock. Meshack Nhlapo made pay and amout of R14k @12.21hrs with 2 hours later i called Meshack to confirm that my order was ready to collect, then only he told me that they didnt have stock this was at 14hrs. Got there at about 14.33hrs security wouldn't let me in even though i had a invoice in my hand to proof that i was there for a collection that was paid for. Meshack has realy messed my business up. HOW DID MESHACK NHLAPO INVOICE AND MAKE ME PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ON THRE SYSTEM. ONLY TO LET ME DOWN AFTERHOURS THAT THEY DONT HAVE STOCK DIDNT HAVE ANY ALTERNATIVE AT THE TIME (15:00HRF)TO GET ALUMINIUM. THESE ARE TRYING TIME WE TRYING TO GET BUSINESS AND WORK BUT U GET PEOPLE LIKE MESHACK TO INCONVINCE U LAST MINUTE AND BE UNAPOLOGETIC ABOUT IT. PLEASE ARRANGE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR MESHACK COZ HAD HE INFORMED ME ON TIME I WOULD HAVE GONE FOR ONTHER ALTERNATIVE. YOUR SECURITY GUY IS ALSO USELESS FOR REFUSING ME TO GOT IN WITH AN INVOICE IN MY HAND. PLEASE TRAIN HIM AS WELL. Meshack's pricing is also ridiculous as his prices fluctuate every other day there is a new price.
We pawed our laptop with cash crusader lambton for 700,we missed the expiration date, so we went there yesterday to buy the laptop back, they selling it for R1600 double the amount, anyway we then said can we laybye it, which was allowed but then we asked to see the laptop, it fine and still in good condition but they sold our laptop bag to someone else, the manager MICHEAL REFUSED TO SPEAK TO US NOR DID HE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS HIS ASSISTANT MANAGER MANUNU JUST SAID GO AHEAD AND REPORT US
Bought a Dewalt machine on the 2018/03/07 on the 2018/04/24 the machine is not working (only a month ) went to the shop for a refund on the machine and the manager Raymond Klopper tells us that the machine has to be repaired , how can a 1month old machine be repaired ????? how many problems are we gonna have with this machine ?Their policy states that a customer can get a full refund within 6months of the purchase........ and Raymond a read to us a 10days refund policy that only applies to customers who purchased good via on line , meaning he is treating us like stupids coz we bought the machine at his store .
