I recently purchased a custom-made braai from Calore based in Paarl but unfortunately, I made an small error in the length measurement. I reached out to to the company Regional Sales Manager in Cape Town to inquire whether the braai could be adjusted, even slightly. I was informed that this is not possible. Ive also send another email to the Capetown Regional Sales Manager regarding furher information required to esculate this matter to a higher level bur never received any feedback. However, after doing further research and speaking to several other reputable suppliers, I’ve learned that such an adjustment is indeed a straightforward modification. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect some level of support or at least a practical solution — particularly when other professionals in the same industry say it can be done with ease. I feel that the company is not acting in the best interest of its customers.
