My boyfriend wanted to take out a contract, vodacom has had the best deals and he want so far as changing providers, he has been promised delivery and its been 3 days and still hasnt been resolved, they havnt been responding nor have they authorized delivery, Terrible customer service
We friend and i were craving wimpy, we finally got there and there was no one to show us to a table , we waited for 5 mins and still nothing so we looked for an empty table and just sat down, we waited for 10 mins before anyone gave us menus .We waited for a while so that a waiter could take our order and they took long so we proceeded to call someone to take our order. 10 minutes later another waiter cam to ask us if she can take our order. We waited extremely long for our food only to get the wrong order, and the food was terrible, the bun of the burger was crumbling and was not fresh! Highly disappointed
My little sister had an assignment for school, the school provided for a letter to attest to them having to do the assignment. I understand some businesses dont allow the taking of videos however there was a way in which the matter could be handled, she was utterly disrespectful and not interested , she didnt even read the letter and explain company protocol but rather proceded to dimiss them with a “no” in a very harsh tone.
