I bought a Subaru Forester in 2020 March The car was a demo with only 17000 on the clock, it’s a 2.5 XS Premium Lineartronic 4WD. Have replaced bearings twice on the car already, the car uses excessive oil and has now seized the engine. I’ve reported this issue many times during my service but was never attended to. The car overheated in August and blew gasket and damaged the engine. I have yet to receive a report from the engineer and the manager of what happened and why. I have had a number of meetings with the manager but still no resolution. I am very disappointed and will never buy this vehicle brand and their service is horrible and very unprofessional. I have now escalated this matter for resolution
<p>Poor customer service, the worst administration and poor turn around time for complaints resolution. I am a customer for the past 3 years and I regret taking a contract with them .I have had unauthorised debit orders on my account from the beginning of this year but the matter has never been resolved.</p>
