Impossible to reach. Emails dont work and telephone numbers ring until it dies
I am very unhappy. I have paid for this policy for more than 3 years. I need to draw down for my dogs dental care which is just over 4000 and i am limited t0 800 draw down. Its disgusting that you take advantage of pet *****s like this and i feel foolish for believing your sales people. that you will cover when i need it. My money is safer in a bank account. You have collected more than 36 000 from me and have not delivered on your promise
Not a days problem ever with telkom for years and suddenly since late last year one problem after another. Bought 2 new LTE.packages. Returned them within a week of arrival. . Manager at alberton store takes it back. It gets allocated to another client . The kicker is I am paying for this and the new client... endless calls and emails later. I come to the store today. Received a sms confirming a new case number. Also got a message to contact refunds team. I called all day today. No reply. Decided to pop into alberton store. I ask for the manager because I see him walk in and he has been dealing my case. I get a message back to say he is not on duty Today, even though he is in his office..5 months later they now owe me 5000. And still can't help me. . They don't deserve my business
