once again dropping calls all day, even the internet connections are non existent, but joe public still has to pay for zero service, must be a sign of the times. No general notice of SORRY DEAR USER, WE HAVE A PROBLEM, PLEASE FIND FREE MINUTES OR REPLACEMENT DATA. No just pretend there are no issues, remember you cannot solve a problem if you dont have one, or at least admit to one being there.
Sent my tablet for repairs the 2nd time as a warrenty been now more than a week andno communication, let alone no replacement device, normal vodacom customer service . Zero f... all and customer just keeps on paying, so past it
internet banking, down for the 2nd day and the message sent to you is, 1. check your settings, signal is bad 2. Temp out of service, contact bank customer service the are happy to charge, but are useless to correct problems on their side, prefer to make it your issue and not theirs. Absolutely useless and getting worse by the day.
Drive thru's are there to speed up delivery, not the case at the beacon bay drive thru. 45 minutes of pure frustration, and when you get to speak to somebody about what is causing the delay, the cash register, REALLY. Only in South Africa, anywhere else i the world it would be closed down for poor service, here it has become the norm. Wont be seeing me again.
been dropping calls for 3 days now, sure I will be billed for the numerous return calls, but who cares, not vodacom. Cant complain about service when there is none.
