UHQ Emporium are ****mers, be warned!!!
UHQ Emporium is a ****, they **** people. I bought clothing items online and made payments successfully. They told me they don't have stock and they will refund me. They keep fooling me and say payment is made, yet I have not received my refund until today. When I enquire the next day they say they will make the payment... They keep saying the same story but never process the refund. I am sure I am not the 1st person to experience this😡

PMD. Prime Meridian Direct is a scam
PMD is a scam!! 😡I took a vehicle policy with them in 2019 till date I have not claimed anything from them. After 2 years insured with them I get an SMS saying my premiums will increase by R200 whereas it was said to me premiums are fixed. When I took the policy 2 years ago I was given an access fee of R5000 which was said to decrease every month. 2 years letter I expect my access to be lower than R5000 as per the contractual agreement, to my surprise I was told it went up to R12500 because I am under the age of 30. All this was not mentioned at the inception of the contract. All this was not communicated to me until I gave them a call. They told me they are allowed to make changes as long as they give clients 30 days notice. Like what the f*** is that??? 😡

Bad Service from the sales manager
House&Home West gate mall Roodepoort, totally disappointed me. I recently went to buy plasma TV, i was assisted by the manager whose name is Nicholas. I showed him the TV i wanted, he persuaded me to take a different color but i insisted i wanted the one i lay-byed. He confirmed they have it in stock and will pack it for me. when i get home i find that he had actually packed the one he pushed me to buy. I called him to tell him he packed the wrong TV, he promised me about 3 weeks ago to send someone to verify the if they have packed the wrong stock. when i call to follow up he gets rude and promise to send someone to check the stock but do not actually pitch. its been four weeks now and i am tired of making follow ups because i get the same story every time i call!! This is not all, it took them 8 days to install the DSTV they had promised to install the very same day i had bought the TV. I had to make follow ups to the very same manager Nicholas and he kept pushing the blame to other staff.
