Hi I placed an order on the 18th of November and when I made a follow-up a week later I was told there were no sizes on the items that i ordered and I requested for a refund, up until now I haven't received my money and nothing is being communicated to me about this.😡😡 they first said I must wait 4-6 days and when that period passed they said "when I made a follow up" I must wait 1-2 days, now I'm really confused and angry.

UHQ Emporium are ****mers, be warned!!!
UHQ Emporium is a ****, they **** people. I bought clothing items online and made payments successfully. They told me they don't have stock and they will refund me. They keep fooling me and say payment is made, yet I have not received my refund until today. When I enquire the next day they say they will make the payment... They keep saying the same story but never process the refund. I am sure I am not the 1st person to experience this😡

Excellent Safe fast and friendly
WOW what great fast service excellent service 5*'s all round Somehow I've always contacted them on a Sunday but first thing on a Monday Id get Feedback I ordered an item last night and I've already got feedback and a tracking number Goto https://www.uhq.co.za. The prices are not bad I will buy more from them Thank you for your great service

I am honestly so impressed with your level of service! Placed my order at 10am yesterday for a Hoover Vacuum cleaner and received my delivery at 11 am today. Firstly, the price was R400 cheaper than other retail and online stores. Secondly, UHQ's price included free deliver to JHB from PMB You really made my day with such excellent service! With all this in mind, I will definitely be recommending your store! Ps. Thank you for my goodies and keep up the great service! Totally love the personal touch! 💞

R299 rip off.
Very poor product and an even worse company response. The item I ordered looked nowhere near the one that was advertised. The artificial Christmas tree they advertised was puffy and full and perfectly shaped. The one I received is puny, scrawny, nowhere near the same as the advert.

Uhq Pmb disgusting service
Hi I bought perfume from your pmb branch only to find out its an after shave. I took it back a day later and I'm told that you guys won't assist me with a swap for a perfume????? Like what the hell??? Telling me about no returns for perfumes due to Covid?? I went through all your terms and conditions and nothing is on them about not allowing returns. I left the slip and the item at the store. Iv never been so disgusted about a store.

Unmatched Prices, Realiable... Nothing but all POSITIVE!
Not Notch Service!! I honestly was a bit sceptical at 1st when I saw their prices! I thought they were one of those entities selling counterfeit goods, they were just too good to be true. After reading their reviews and mostly being positive , I thought lemme me give them a try. I ordered 3 fragrance during their Father's Promotion. Within 3 days my package arrived and all fragrances sealed and original. Ohh ;-) and they gifted me with free face masks! That was a cherry on top, going that lil Extra for their clients 5 * * * * * indeed :-)
