Uhq Pmb disgusting service
Hi I bought perfume from your pmb branch only to find out its an after shave. I took it back a day later and I'm told that you guys won't assist me with a swap for a perfume????? Like what the hell??? Telling me about no returns for perfumes due to Covid?? I went through all your terms and conditions and nothing is on them about not allowing returns. I left the slip and the item at the store. Iv never been so disgusted about a store.

UFO is thee best
Want to thank UFO head office and the Pietermaritzburg branch for the best service rendered. I had a glitch with a couch I bought in 2016, Chanel from head office was quick to assist me with the problem. She did follow-ups and gave feedback in a very short time. My problem was big but I was treated with the respect that most big companies lack. UFO has gained a permanent customer in me and my family. Thanks to Chanel and head office plus pmb branch especially Nelly the manager and staff for the great assistance.
