Poor service and unreliable, Bosch PMB did me dirty and I'm so angry
Hi I placed an order on the 18th of November and when I made a follow-up a week later I was told there were no sizes on the items that i ordered and I requested for a refund, up until now I haven't received my money and nothing is being communicated to me about this.😡😡 they first said I must wait 4-6 days and when that period passed they said "when I made a follow up" I must wait 1-2 days, now I'm really confused and angry.
On the 13th of September I shared my experience with mobicred and a lady called me to ensure that they will resolve this issue and she was supposed to call me the next day, I've been waiting for their call since tha day. Very much disappointed 😥

Hi I made a purchase at take a lot and I applied for the Mobicred account but they failed to pay for my goods as a result i ended up paying cash. After some time i received a statement that im owing mobicred and i explained to them that they did not pay for my goods and it was like the issue was resolved, later on i received another call and another statement, i then spoke to a guy called Tsepiso and i even sent the emails to him as proof that they did not pay and he said he will speak yo his Superiors and get back to me and he didnt, i also spoke to a lady called Mbalenhle she also promised to get back to me and she didnt either. I kept on receiving these statements and o decided to call them and i spoke to a lady called Sihle i explained to her and she understood she also said she will get back to me with feedback and she didnt ive been calling and asking to speak to her and they promise to tell her to call me but nothing is happening. I then spoke to Branden and i refused to explain again and he said he will get sihle to call me until this day nothing has happened and i keep on getting these calls and statements from them meanwhile they are unable to assist me i have requested to speak to one of the Managers and they seem to be unavailable. Im so confused now and i refuse to pay for something that did not help me.
hello Peter I have a problem with affinity funeral. my grandmother had a policy with them, and she passed on on the 5th of January 2021, we submitted all the documents and they said we must wait 48 hours for the response, they were quite for three days and we contacted them only for them to tell us that they put our on hold because there was missing information on the BI form. we requested for that information from the hospital and we were given, yesterday (26/01/2021) when we called they daid the money will be paid by the end of the day and it was not paid. we are in debt because of the funeral and they are holding back our grannys money. THEY ARE A SCAM.
I had an account with cell c, I then decided to close the account so i went to their branch in victoria in pmb, i spoke to an indian lady and told her i wanted to settle the account, she then checked for me and told me i needed to pay R1900 to settle i went to pick n pay and i paid and brought back the receipt, after two or three months i received an sms stating that im owing, i went back to the shop and i was told the lady didnt tell head office that i was cancelling so they thought the money was for advance payment, we then agreed with the then store manager that the lady will have to pay the amount that was owing, which she didnt do, i ended up paying more R2900 through lawyers. I thought i was done with cell c, later on i recieved a call from another group of lawyers still saying im owing cell c, i have been to the store several times and they are failing to assist me Im really fed up with them and they are dragging me backwards.
