Applying for PRP On 19/09/2025 the system errors and received the message that “payment was unsuccessful, try again”. I tried again and it went through, however, on 22/09/2025 the amount of the first unsuccessful payment was deducted from my account. I have sent several emails to cro_dhasa@vfsglobal.com and sent all the documents but I never received any reply. I assume that R1690 is gone and I will never get it back. This is a *****.
The best warranty service! Our basin tap was leaking, and they replaced it with a new one. Thanks to Chris, who did a great job; he went the extra mile to assist us.
I ordered a product online, their service is EXCELENT! I received it in less than 2 days (although they say 5-7 working days).
I have ordered a few items which one did not deliver and I was told that it was out of stock. However I never received the refund despite MANY MANY phone calls and emails. They nor refund or called me back. THE IS FRAUD.
Absolute fraud! Poor service! Waste of time and money. Bought ticket with them and had to suspend due to the lockdown. Now changing the date will cost us 3-4 times more than original ticket price! Not recommended at all.

I was at clicks, Marylone Mall or Blu Valley Mall, Centurion on 1 May with terrible service and experience: 1) The lady at the pharmacy is the most incompetent person for that job! She doesn’t know her work and It took 25min to give my medicine, she constantly asked for help from her colleague! I have been there in the past few months and every time the same story! 2) Also there is no sanitizer for taking the ticket, pen and cleaning the baskets, etc! 3) Staffs do not follow the sanitation structures at all. There was the most horrible experience I ever had and I will not go back to that store ever again. I appreciate your concern for the health of staff and customers.
Standard Bank home loan service is terrible, It has been 6 months that I am trying to phone/email! Phone is constantly is busy and keep saying "we are in high volume of call" even in the early morning! I sent several emails but no one answer. I am really frustrated with home loan service and I need to sort out my home loan issue.
