I moved my RA from another service provider and 10X Investments just showed what good service should look like. In fact, excellent service was given to me by the wonderful Londiwe Makhubu. I was kept informed every step of the way and the process took much quicker than expected thanks only to the tenacity of Londiwe to constantly follow up. This was a great experience, I'm only sorry I didn't do this years ago. Looking forward to a long and rewarding relationship with 10X Investments.
Beware!!!!! This company is a ****. They even have a South African address. You will never get your order. Do not buy from this company. If anything I hope I stop someone from purchasing from them. This is a **** and your money will be gone. Like other users, they will say the shipping got lost blah blah blah. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
I was honestly so nervous to use this service because as you know our government departments aren't always the most efficient but what an incredible experience it turned out to be. One it is cheaper than anywhere else out there, two they delivered ahead of what they promise and three I didn't have to stand in a queue anywhere. I paid for my vehicle licence and only R99 to deliver it to my home. They say 3 business days but I paid on Wednesday and received my licence disk delivered to my home on Friday morning. Now that's service! And I dare you to find it cheaper anywhere else. Will use this service every year from now on. Well done guys, this was an incredible experience.
I havent claimed yet so cannot give 5 stars just yet but have had many interactions with the Naked team and must say the service is always but always fantastic. They reply to queries and questions literally within seconds. Everything with Naked is so simple and easy and uncomplicated and the convenience of doing everything online via the app is unparalleled within the industry. No long complicated forms to fill in. Naked it so great and the premiums are very very competitive, actually that's not true, the premiums are way, way better than any competitor out there. They also donate a portion of your premiums to the charity of your choice, now who else does that! I love Naked and would recommend them 1000% and will never choose anyone else. Great service, great price. Give them a shot, you wont be sorry. Download the app and see what you'll pay. You don't have to go ahead but you will be shocked how much you can save.
Non existent customer service from MTN is just disgusting! I have been with MTN probably over 20 years and I have been trying to upgrade my contract now for two months with no joy. I'm looking to get an iPhone SEmon contract but the phone never seems available, staff in various branches cannot provide any information when it will be available or can actually give you any service whatsoever. I then tried ordering at the online shop, twice, have so much as received a phone call in weeks, goodness knows what's happening with that. Phoned the call center, MTN direct, the woman was so rude and just told me the phones not available and nothing else. Disgusting service! I want to stay a customer but it seems you are intent on pushing your long standing customers away. All I want to do is upgrade?! Terrible service!
Absolutely horrendous service received from DSTV. Over three weeks ago we were contacted by DSTV to take up the Price Lock offer. We were advised telephonically ( on recorded lines) and afterward we agreed to the deal requesting three explora decoders, we were advised the premiums etc and agreed to the deal. When the decoders were delivered we only received two after requesting three initially. Three weeks of calls later and today we are informed that the deal has passed and they will not be sending us the third decoder. This is not what we want or what we agreed to. Some dumb manager is making decisions he's clearly not fit to make at our expense! Furthermore the installation has not taken place yet our account has been debited which is considered fraud as we are already paying for something we do not have. The service has been below disgusting and for three weeks now we are getting nowhere with promises never materializing. Now we are told the price lock deal is finished and we won't get what we are paying for and requested but have not received. We, the consumer, are now just being tossed aside. We do not want the deal any longer if it isn't as agreed initially on the so-called recorded conversation and we want our money refunded or the third decoder delivered immediately. DSTV are just a pack of liers! Totally disgusted, I bought a new tv for goodness sake!
