Although there was a little mess up initially for the moving date and we had to postpone the move by one day, the team were exceptional. I received confirmation from the office on the morning of the move that the team were on their way. They arrived on time and the move was managed very professionally. Thank you Brian and your guys.
Subscribed for Rain 5g December 2020 only used the service for one month .The following month no network and they still taking money from my account .Logged a complain with them and they sim swapped and until now still no network.Requested for a refund now they want to collect their router first and sending some terms and condition which they never did when subscribing for rhe first time.They have the worst services .together with FNB who do not respond to debit card disputes they are always sending some emails (we will respond in 5 days .You do a follow up they send another email 5days.
