Unprofessional behaviour
I lodge a complaint about a lady called Vinolia Baloyi and the cashier that was on duty that day. They have a nerve to laugh at customer and Vinolia was rude to me. PEP never came back to me.

Rude Manager
The manager at Clicks Kerk Street, I didn't get his name because I was irritated. I think his name is Hadley, he was rude and he had an attitude towards me and his tone was unacceptable.

They are a good company and I enjoy being their client

Disappointed
They are running a lucozade competition and when you win you struggle to get the price. You have to call them and the staff members will also lie to you. I'm so dissapointed with such a big brand. I would even advise anyone to participate in their flawed competition.
