Attooh Car Insurance I have nerver recieved such an attitude as a customer in my enttire life. The way he greeted me and telling me that they have been explaining to me how their insurance work. Firstly, Ive been paying for my insurance every month. I submitted a claim and they sent sms to aknowlege the claim. on my claim from there was a question i did not understand which higlighted with a question mark. No one came back to me. they called me today and the agent gave me an attitude and he said they saw the question mark but failed to email me back. Telling me they are not going to pay for the claim.
Fury Ford Midrand - Bad and Poor Service I booked my car in at Fury Ford Midrand in January 2018 at 79000KM. I collected my car later on the day and it was not washed. Month end April my car showed the engine light, my husband took it to Ford and they told me that my car needs service thats why it shows the light and i last service my car in 2017. The book was not stamped and they said my car had 104km, my husbank called me from the dealership and he told me that and i spoke with Roxanne. i called the dealership later and I told them i serviced my car in Jan 2018 and i gave them the date, when they checked on the system they confirmed and i query again about the kilometers in my car which she apologised. She booked the car in because i told her that i dont trust that my car was serviced. They booked my car for the 07th of May and when they booked they told me that I need to change exhaust . I questioned them about the service and they said they saw on the system that it was serviced. Roxanne promised me that her boss will contact me about the service. There was no call nor apology. when i asked Roxanne why my car was not stamps she told me that it was not her problem, i asked her to stamp my car becasue still it was not stamped after she saw that they did not stamp it. I asked what is wrong with my axhaust then she said all she can tell me is to change the parts. I asked to speak to one of the technician so that i can get clarity , she told me that technicians are not allowed to speak with clients, then one guy came to the phone and explained to me that i must just get new parts and he gave me a very bad attitude. Till this day i dont even know if my car was serviced or not because everytime when i do service to my car i get it clean and book stamped. Now what if my car was not serviced, what if i did not have the prrof of payment when I did my service. Insurances donot pay out when you do not have a stamped book.
