RAW & BAD CHICKEN
Yesterday I bought X10 wings and chips meal at lunchtime and the wings were uncooked! I don't think I need to explain how dangerous raw chicken can be! also upon further investigation some pieces had a funny smell :( had to throw away the whole lot! I could not turn back to complain in store because I don't live in the area - I was just passing by. But then I remembered that when I was at the store placing my order there was another customer there complaining about raw meat :(

Wrought Iron Crafts gone AWOL without delivering goods
On 22 February 2018 I purchased a Table and X6 Chair outdoor wrought iron set. I paid for both table and chairs in full via EFT R10 000.00. The communication with the supplier was very professional and frequent prior to me making payment. Things went south after they received payment. Today is the 8th of May 2018 and I've yet to receive the chairs. After a lot of chasing and following up they only delivered the table on the 14th of March without the chairs and I was forced to pay an additional R721.60 in order for the courier to release the goods to me. And this was not communicated prior. I paid the amount because the courier company was going to take the goods back to Cape Town. Throughout the experience with Wrought Iron Crafts my communication with them after payment has been limited to WhatsApp with an individual by the name of Firosa Da Costa who happens to be one of the people listed as one of the owners of the of the business together with Nicolas Ronald Page on CIPC. I've phoned all the different numbers listed on their website numerous times from different numbers and I've never been able to speak to someone directly on the phone and emails also remain unanswered. The current status is that Whatsapps are unanswered and I have not heard from them and I'm stuck with a table with no chairs. https://wroughtironcrafts.co.za/contactus/
