Worst gov institution.
It takes a lot to become the lowest performing government institution in SA, but I think these guys are trying their best. Which is to say that they refuse to do absolutely anything and everything. Even while they have the same power as a high court, it turns out you can just give lame excuses like "I don't have time for a hearing" they'll start ignoring any complaints you have or against you.

I’ve been with Naked for about 7 years now, their premiums are the best out there. I compare about every 2-3 years and they’ve obviously stayed the most affordable. I recently made a claim and the whole process was extremely easy and fast. Their support / customer care team is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I have car and household insurance with them.

Absolute worst.
I’m moving over to anything other than Apple. I spent R25k this month at istore. Macbook air and airpod pro’s. You can’t try the airpods for hygiene reasons, so I buy it. But it’s incredibly uncomfortable and “all day comfort” is definitely a misleading ad. 20 minutes max, then your ears hurt. But you can’t return them either for hygiene reasons, so that was a waste of R5k right there. The macbook was ordered last week, and still hasn’t arrived (2 working days delivery was a lie). So unless you have a lot of unwanted money to replace and pay extra for delivery, avoid this **** show. I’ll never spend another cent on this horrible excuse of a money grab company.

Great insurance to be with
Really nice dealing with them. I unfortunately had two claims in a year, but they made it seamless and easy. The people you deal with are well trained, well mannered and super friendly and helpful.

Worst service provider.
Installation takes more than 1.5 months. No communication from them to make appointments etc. Definitely not recommended. Even if you go through afrihost/mweb/whoever, be careful that they do not use Metrofibre.

Would recommend!
Great lessons by professionals. Lessons and instructions are clear and well communicated. Live chat boxes makes communication easy and great, although their newly implimented AI replies to messages can get annoying.
