Naked Insurance trying to silence customers. I have Claim No: C101068492 been dealing with Kamokgelo Mokoena , Apparently his a liability specialist. A Claim was logged because someone hit my vehicle on the freeway, The person did not check if the lane is clear, he suddenly entered my lane and damaged by car. Naked Insurance requested 3 repair quotes which cost R1200 in total. Now the claim is rejected because apparently im also at fault because they claim "I could have avoided the accident" Surely if I could have avoided it, I wouldnt be in this situation. Naked Insurance has really poor client communication, they do not provide feedback and expect you as the client to follow up and call back weekly requesting updates.
Worst Insurance company to deal with, Their client hit my vehicle, he initiated the claim process and added me as the third party involved. I was forced to submit 3 repair quotes which cost a total of R1200. Only to find out that they wont be paying for the damages caused to my vehicle. Their client swerved into my lane without checking if its clear to enter the lane. Naked Insurance claims that "as a road user, I could have avoided the accident" How is it possible that I "could" have had time to avoid the accident. If I could, I would but now my car has R30 000 worth of damages and wont be repaired.

Worst service , well most government departments have the most poor service. We went went to request a copy of our vehicle papers. 45 Days later no feedback. We went back to the license department but they tell us to call before we come to confirm if the papers are ready. Not a single number provided gets answered.
THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A WASTE OF FRESH AIR. WE SUPPLIED THE OWNER ZANIEL DANIEL A BLOCK FOR A TRUCK. THE OWNER REFUSED TO PAY US, HE GIVES US STORIES EACH WEEK ABOUT THE PAYMENT EVENTUALLY HE TELLS US TO CONTACT HIS CLIENT FOR PAYMENT. ALMOST 8 WEEKS LATER AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.
Pathetic service from the below Telkom agents and no feedback from their so called managers. The Telkom support agents are pathetic, I logged a case with them due an incorrect amount on my monthly statement, Telkom resolves the case and does not refund my money, I call the agents requesting an update, they cannot provide an update , instead they choose to log another case, the second case they logged, has not been resolved. 20days after the case was logged I'm still waiting for feedback, the agents again tell me that they will add notes to the case, I get told there is no manager at the moment so I cannot escalate the matter. I been dealing with Marlon from Diesel Torque Components for about 5 years now, Marlon Abrahims always goes out his way for his clients. Not once did I have an issue with any Truck parts that I have ordered from him, I would recommend his services to anyone that requires Truck spares.
