I am not happy with Vitality in terms of delivering what they promised for team vitality. I have been part of team vitality for the past 3 years. However, I have only received 1 club Tshirt, seeing that this is my third year on Team Vitality, I should have a third shirt by now. Secondly, I have been entering Vitality races since 2024, I am supposed to get Cashback or Miles. I have never received either of those, 5 months later since I raised my first query, I am waiting. The last feedback was that they cannot see what races I have entered or havent. This doesnt make sense because if I was automatically awarded the vitality points for these races, why cant my cashback be awarded automatically too????????
Over the past year, I have been entering road races and because I am part of Team vitality. I am supposed to receive a portion back of the entry money. however I have not recevied any of that.
Over the last few weeks, I have been able to view my provident fund balance, however over the last few days it has not been showing. The contact centre has not been helpful and I can't find the contact number for the Employee Benefits department. I am extremely dissapointed with this.
I am not happy with the payout period shared with me when I called the call centre. When I terminated my membership to the medical aid at the end of June 2025. I was told that my MSA will be paid out after 90 days, after my phone call today, I am told the 15th of December 2025. The first time I withdrew my MSA it was paid out within 2 weeks or so. So... there are mixed messages which is causing me unhappiness. Please assist...
During the Black friday sale of 2023, I signed up for the home internet package connection at Vodaworld, in which the consultant explained to me that the Maximum speed would be 50 MBps. I signed up for the 24 month package. However, over the last few months, the internet speed has been so unbearably slow, that we cant even watch tv and when ever I do a speed test, it clocks a speed of of less than 1 MBps. Surprisingly in another section of Toekomsrus, the speedtest reports speeds of more than 100 Mbps. I am of the view that the LTE towers in our section of Toekomsrus is not able to deliver the speeds that are sufficient for our needs at home. I would like Vodacom to check their equipment please. My contract is due for upgrade and I am now considering switching to Fibre, as the connection is more reliable.
I bought a Vitality Nespresso voucher which expired on the 27th of December 2024. On this exact date, I tried to make a purchase on the Nespresso website and received an error that the voucher code was incorrect. I reached out to Nespresso with this and was advised to reach out to Discovery. Please assist.
I got a call in October from a company saying they are RewardsCo and they are from Vodacom. They told me about my contract that was due for upgrade and told me they would enhance the package. This I did not have a problem with, however I explicitly asked if it would affect my upgrade date, because I wanted to clarify that if they went ahead and enhanced my package, it would not count as an upgrade. Lo and Behold, I visited the Vodacom shop yesterday and they clarified that the upgrade date is now in 2024 because the upgrade happened in October. I am very! unhappy with this, because I was looking forward to upgrading this contract or cancelling it. Now that decision has been taken away from me. I feel like the RewardsCo people are misleading and this is bad for the Vodacom's reputation.
Its been more than a month waiting for my Points To Miles to be awarded. Every time I call I am told somebody will call me but this never happens. I am so angry its been more than a month since I started this query and it is still not resolved. Every time I call I am being sent from Pillar to Post.
