When I was called by SELLDIRECT I was told that I will get 10GB data per month, but when both my sim cards were activated, I didn’t receive the 10GB data. When I activated my first sim, it only gave me 500MB all-inclusive data, and when I activated my second sim, it gave me like 350MB all-inclusive night surfer data. For both the Sims it did give me 10GB data but Wi-Fi access data. Which I have no idea of what that is. Every time I use the data it’s getting subtracted from all-inclusive data. That’s not what I was told, when I was sold this product, I was told that I will receive 10GB data, else I would have never ever purchased this product. I use a lot of data per month. I don’t need this free minutes and stuffs, as I have no use for it. I am totally unhappy with the products sold to me from SELLDIRECT, and I need an immediate cancellation. Else resolve the matter by giving me my 10GB data per month on both my Sims. I personally feel that SELLDIRECT is ripping us off by falsely advertisinf the 10GB data deal.
