Esthetique Institute / Esthetique permanent makeup
I visited Esthetique Institute at 55 Blouberg Road in Blouberg and had a few procedures done - Now name has changed to Esthetique permanant moved to 1 sandown road, west beach permanent makeup - eyeliner top and bottom, lipstick and powder brush eyebrows Botox that they told me went off during power failure when I said the 60 units didn't work. Refused to redo. Fillers on nasal area and jaw line non existent . Lypolysis under chin and jowels . Load of crock Prp 3d laser non plastic face-lift Skin tag removal Permanent makeup lipstick, lip liner I spent thousands of rands. Left with PERMANT SCARRING on my face . After permanent makeup all I got was a mouth full of fever blisters and a terrible eye infection. Petra Simeon offered to pay for the antibiotic ointment for my eys wow. Needless to say there is no permanent makeup. Quick to sell products but wont accept responsibility or even refund me. I will be taking legal action I feels it is my duty to warn people. Gavin Simeon is also not an aesthetics doctor as they claim and cannot do injectables.

Esthetique Permanent Makeup now changed to EINSTITUTE www.einstitute.co.za Gavin Simoen also trades as ultimate hair www.ultimatehair.co.za I visited Esthetique Institute Feb at 55 Blaauwberg Road in Tableview, Vision House and had a few procedures done . Owned and run my couple Gavin Simoen and Petra Simoen Name now changed to Esthetique Permanent Makeup , now again changed to einstitute and moved to 1 Sandown Road,West Beach. Botox that they told me went off during power failure when I said the 60 units didn't work. Refused to redo. Fillers on nasal area and jaw line non existent now as he dilutes his product with saline Lypolysis under chin and jowels . Load of crock Prp - Gavin Simoen even drew my blood even though he is not a Dr and is misrepresenting himself 3d laser non plastic face-lift - Left with permanent scarring, scar tissue and hyper ***mentation( analysis from REAL aesthetics Dr) Small Skin tag removal - Scarred now Permanent makeup lipstick, lip liner and powder brush on the brows done by Petra Simoen I spent thousands of rands. Left with PERMANT SCARRING on my face . After permanent makeup all I got was a mouth full of fever blisters and a terrible eye infection. Not to mention the pain and swelling for 10 days. Powder brows blotchy . As a business woman, this was highly disruptive. Petra Simeon offered to pay for the antibiotic ointment for my eyes wow. Needless to say there is no permanent makeup after hours having it done! Quick to sell products but wont accept responsibility I feel it is my duty to warn people. Gavin Simoen is NOT an aesthetics doctor as they claim. Completely misrepresenting themselves. Paid them thousands. What Gavin and Petra Simoen are doing is highly illegal as you need to be a proper medical professional, a DR, trained in aesthetics to administer botox and fillers and hair transplants. Which he is NOT! Permanently scarred and nothing can be done except to pay an Aesthetics Dr to fix their botch job to make it look a little less "bad" Litigation pending. fnb law on call
Been an FNB client 30 plus years as well as an FNB LAW ON CALL client for many years. The attorney has been handling a case of mine for about 2 years with a trial date for FEB 2022. Unfortunately apparently my policy lapsed. They say they havent received premiums for 1 year yet in August this year they referred another matter of mine to an attorney. They were sending sms notifications to my very old cell phone number, even though i have a banking profile and fnb law on call business profile and even the legal advisers calling me re legal matters on my correct number. Where is their customer service and they dont care about customer retention. a very robotic , arrogoant Leilani De Bod , saying that she is the client services manager, my gosh , who told me in no uncertain terms that my policy will not be reinstated!!!!! I dont see debits under R100 , i asked for reinstatement and the amount owing on the policy is under R600 to be debited. This person refused to escalate my request for my policy to be reinstated. So my attorneys hard work of 2 plus years are for nothing! Why wasnt i sent a letter or an email or even when i called in requesting assistance, not once was it told to me that my policy is in danger of lapsing or that the premiums were in arrears. So thats the way you deal with your loyal clients FNB. Just like that i must let 2 cases go because you refuse to reinstate my policy. im hoping that someone higher than the robot leilani de bod sees this and takes this person to task and also assist me in reinstating my policy.

Daleglen Worst Property Agents
The worst bunch of THIEVES ever! They look for reasons to withhold your deposit even as far as charging to paint the ceiling !!!!! Also to repaint the factory floor ....which by the way is cement. No empathy during lockdown either. Exorbitant fees, electricity tariffs very high. R600 will buy you 11 units. They need to be reported

Netflorist - Misleading Advertising
I ordered a bouquet . Order number 111382064 Only reason I ordered this for my friend is because of the free sorbet bag. When I called I was told no stock! Unacceptable. Promotion states , order a medium bunch and YOU WILL RECEIVE A FREE COSMETIC BAG. Not while stocks last. Nothing there about only 100 bags was in stock! I would you to send my friend something in its place. Misleading advertising and I see you doing it again with the free blueberry lime today. I am very disappointed that you would stoop to this levels to get sales, but not surprised with these kind of reviews

Esthetique Institute Botch Job
Maybe you have had a good experience with them, then I'm happy for you ... Mine wasn't ! Done by Gavin Simoen and Petra Simoen at Esthetique Institute 55 Blouberg Road , Vision House , Cape Town 1st pic is me before . Now botched! Had botox which they told me was "off" after I said it didn't work. Fillers on nasal area. Lypolysis under chin. Supposed fat dissolving injections.. Even took my husband along for thus....Load of crock! Prp facial - even drew blood Laser 3 D non surgical face-lift Some skin tag removals Permanent makeup . Ended up with a mouth full of fever blisters and terrible eye Infection! Not to mention the pain Scaring and gouges in my face Legal action pending .Gavin Simeon is also not an anesthetics Dr as they claim on their page As a business woman I couldn't meet clients or do business as this was hideous. And I was told no down time! I am left with PERMANT SCARRING IN MY FACE . Responsibility not accepted by them as well as refusing to "fix" the botched work .Nor to be refunded . Spent almost 20k with them. I look worse than when i went to them.

Sasfin Approves Loan In My Name
I would like to know how Sasfin approved an almost 80k loan in my name done on behalf of National Telcoms for a telephone and surveillance setup at my office without any of my payslips nor company financials ???? Naturally there is smokkeling going on here as i was never told im buying this system !!!! I was given an amount i would pay which i thought was rental. Do not trust Gary from National Telcoms as he comes across as this nice guy and tells you sign here etc. Dont trust national telcoms period. Bunch of scamsters. Back to Sasfin, I want to know how you approved this application???? Now National Telcoms rides off into the sunset with my money. I would never pay 80k for rubbish like this let alone take out a loan. Ombudsman here i come. PS no response from sasfin when asked for the application procedure and how this was approved. Smacks of collusion!
