It is a legit app. But watch out. Do not pay for anything, before you know you will be 'accidentally' subscribed to several high ticket offers, They are not very transparent in how much and for how long you will be charged. I paid for a special offer for 4 weeks and promptly got subscribed to a monthly subscription at four times the cost per month. Plus inundated with ads and offers for meal plans, personal coaching and various money grubbing, non-stop.
I had the misfortune of answering a call from an entitled, arrogant sales agent from Celldirect "on behalf of Telkom". I explained I was not interested in taking any new data contracts - I was in mid-sentence when the agent terminated the call.
We are forced to use them as they are our medical aid's designed service provider. However their staff, especially two of the pharmacists, always have some reason to delay delivery of medicines. Note that we have to make co-payments, after making these payments medicines are still delayed. The call centre staff appear helpless - and the pharmacists appear to have an excuse which appear spurious at times. Extremely poor service.
Mr. Sheldon Wax went above and beyond, with invaluable advice and assistance. He was able to understand our needs and facilitate a medical aid application process in a very tight timeframe. He is knowledgeable, very proactive and was able to resolve a couple of issues expeditiously for me. A consummate professional, that I am happy to deal with any time. I recommend his service highly.
Guys, please be very careful dealing with Snatcher. I placed an order in November 2023 and have not yet been refunded. Every time I enquire, there is a standard email response but no real commitment to pay. Apparently they have a huge backlog of refunds - which have not yet been paid out, as per an email I got, the one time a customer representative who bothered to reply. I was gobsmacked when I did a Google search on this company. I found 361 reviews on a single review site which were overwhelmingly negative, from people who are battling to get repaid or receiving their order just like me! The telephone number provided on the Snatcher website simply has a pre-recorded message asking you to send an email to info. Terrible, terrible experience. I am impressed by their customer service. They shipped me a replacement item without any quibbles, at no extra cost to me. This kind of customer commitment is somewhat rare for the newer online shops, (not the obvious big online retailer). I am very happy with their service.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Nafisa Hussain at Bidvest with regard to my policy. She was very professional and helped me resolve the issue. Furthermore, she arranged for a refund of my premiums that were paid twice inadvertantly. A very ethical person.
I used this company in March 2018 for moving furniture. I was informed they had insurance to cover damages. Three beds and a table were damaged in the move. I requested their insurance details but there was no response. The owner of the company did not take my complaints seriously, No-one even assessed the damages. They simply refused to attend to my complaint. I have emails and supporting documentation.
I would like to share my appreciation, once again, of the excellent service rendered by King Price. Mr. Riaan Niemand was courteous, prompt and highly professional in assisting me with my claim. Many thanks to the King Price team.
