Netstar fraud customers
Netstar fraud customers Tried to stop my tracker but they make it impossible it tried more than 3 months ago, first tried to phone them was cut off twice, then send them an email no response. Now 3 months later went to bank and stop the debit order, now they hand me over to debt collection. When they phone me I said I want proof of cancellation. Then they said will send me reference number and cancelation confirmation letter, bud did nor received it. So, what prevent them of doing the same next month. I was at Netstar now for nearly 8 yeas but done with them, also interesting new customers pay R99 but after 8 years I currently get charge R144, for service I requested to stop more than 3 months ago. Standard bank deduct premium without me signing up
I singed up for home loan at Standard bank, but I took out insurance with Santam as they are much cheaper, than Standard bank. But see on my statements that Standard bank just deduct premium without me signing up for their insurance. I am struggling now since 7 September to sort it out with standard bank but still waiting for feedback…

ADSL line not working and slow speed!!! Incompetent to report correct line number, and to get fixed!!!
I have 2 lines with webafrica, Line 1: Reported adsl line not working Since November 2018, now Mid January 2019, sill not working but take the payment every month??? After the 7th complaint, I only received 1 email with feedback, but they send me a report from telkom, that the other line is working. Can not read the reported number in my emails. Line 2 : Was also reported a few times as the speed is unstable but also no joy, have a 4 Mbps line done 6 Speed tests on 15 January 2019, results: 18 kbps to 400 kbps, later that night get max speed at 1.6 Mbps is this acceptable???? I also request that they stop my service if they can not get it working, but they are also incompetent to do that.

Vodacom Poor Reception
Vodacom have poor reception in Sasolburg and Vanderbijlpark area, some times it show 3g / 4g but are not even able to send sms or whatapp..... I had a contract with them now for 14 years, busy testing cellC and MTN sim, both are doing much better for my area and is costing much less than vodacom.

Online orders not delivered and can not get feed back.
Placed order online and paid, never got delivered. I tried phoning them but the person that is suppose to give me feedback is never available. Suppose to be delivered 5 April, it is 15 May and nothing. Will nether buy from them again. It was suppose to be gift for person but birthday is n moth past already.
