Although very quick... That it! They are very rude short blunt in correspondence, not clear on what is needed of you... They don't save emails you sent through so I suggest if you working with them save them! Really not a nice experience I wouldn't suggest them if you need friendly kind supportive help.
Terrible app steal money vids and if you help them out as a creator you get poked....nothing but bad thing to say guys if you want to get ripped off?
I have a chronic disease which is meant to be "covered" but yet each month with my knowledge money from my savings for it even though it's "covered"... So if I need to use my medical I have none this is on going 5 or 6 years now... When u pay over R6000 for med aid that's they'll be there to cover you and assist... Never once have I received a refund for my medical saving they use... Really feel robbered.
Really really bad bank to use...the service is so poor and if th bank makes a mistake you have to suffer for it....for exsample: fnb blocked my account by "by accident" and i have to wait until month end because they when it will work again"....so they still havent helped me so to bad if i need food for my kids or petrol for work....amazing ive being with them for 16 years now...they still never own up to the mistakes they make and they dont care about you. Youre just a number...put it this way in 16 years ive never missed payments or gone into debt with them...and they cant help me out as a loyal client imagine how they will TREAT YOU AS A NEW CLIENT...FNB IS UNLESS #JUST SAYING
I spoke to a lady by the name of Celeste she was amazing help me set up a policy I was looking for. I was an outie and she converted me again.
