I put in an order online via phone for collection. The consultant confirmed which store to collect and told me 20 minutes for collection. When I get to the store, I was told my order did not come through. I had to put in the order again and wait another 30 minutes. I called the number again to confirm what was the issue and I was asked why I’m not putting the order at the store. They were not bothered at the fact that we order online to limit the waiting time when you get to the store, this is for convenience. Debonairs did not even acknowledge their fault and don’t even try to assist in getting my order done quicker than waiting again for 30 minutes.
Very bad service experienced. The waitress dropped off the menus and did not even greet and didn’t even offer drinks. We then waited for over 15 minutes without being helped. The waitress that was assigned to our table was not busy and was just standing at the door not attending to us. The restaurant was not busy and there were a lot of waiters available however none could see that we have not been helped for 15 minutes. This was a very bad experience. I, myself will not visit the restaurant again and thus don’t recommend it to anyone.
I bought a Boot on the 30th of April from Rage in Bayside Table View. I wore the boot once and shoe tore on the day. I went to the store to request a refund or an exchange for the same boot in a good condition. I was told that since the boot was on sale when I bought it, I can not be refunded. If I prefer taking the same boot I must add on to make up to the cost of the shoe. I am now stuck with a torn boot and no one from the store understands that I was simply returning the boot due to the poor quality which resulted in the boot being torn upon wearing them.
