This is now the 3rd time using this bus to Cape Town in all 3 instances it arrived exactly on time and as someone that has travelled with a bus for a long time this is impressive and new to me, in comparison with other buses
Worst service ever I have used vodacom I took home wifi With Vodacom in December 2022 after the consultant **** about the product in terms of speed and everything. I called vodacom in February to cancel the contract that never worked in the first place. Never got official feedback and I always had to call to check on this cancellation. To my surprise vodacom debited my account again for the home wifi that I cancelled and not only that but they debited extra. When I call its either the consultants drop the phones on my ear or they don’t have answers!!!! It’s frustrating that I have been a loyal customer to such a ****ty service provider they not worth a cent!!!!!
I have been with OUTsurance for many years and I have dealt with many consultants before. But I am still in disbelief from the poor service I received from one of their consultants Lethabo who I spoke with on Monday last week and explained my complaint with, she requested that I emaile her photos and I immediately did. She never acknowledged receipt neither did she give me a courtesy call to explain what was happening. I then called her from Wednesday last week until Friday and left messages for her to call me. She did not bother, until I asked for her manager on Friday still I was not provided with the contact of her manager instead she returned my call and seemed confused and did not have any answers for me. She promised that she will be emailing the assessor on Friday, I kindly asked that I be copied in the communication as proof that something was being done. Nothing has been done, I still did not receive an email from her. I am actually still in disbelief! I pay insurance for convenience and still get such service!!!! Disgusting
Worst service EVER!!!!! No one ever gets back to you... I had a car accident and reported it, they booked the car in Port Elizabeth and requested ME drop it off in PE while I stay over 150km away in Port Alfred. I advised them that the car was actually not roadworthy and that should I need to drive it they would need to arrange a courtesy car for me to come back. The person I spoke with confirmed that by 9 o'clock Monday the 21st May 2018 the courtesy car will be at the panel beaters. I get at the panel beaters 8h45 stand wait until 9, 9h30 then I panick as I need to drive back to work. To my surprise the car was NOT BOOKED.. The panel beaters staff try to assist by calling Outsurance they are told to drop me off at the Acid in Greenacres they do that past 11 and when I get at Avis I am told I will have to wait hopefully they will have a car by 13h00 ?... Time has GONE already that means all the appointments I made at work for today must be cancelled because of this low level incompetent people!!! No one is doing anything whole I am paying more than R1700 monthly for insurance!!!!! Is this what we pay for??????? To be inconvience????? What do I say to my boss at work???? Who picks up my child at 13h00 at Chrech if I am still in PE this time waiting in this hot uncomfortable AVIS OFFICE!!!!
