Now the only reason why I put such a high rating is not because it's for vox itself so don't think it is...the rating is for the 2 technicians that actually know what they are doing ...Peter is the 1st person and Donovan is the second ....the gud rating goes to you 2 not the company.....reason for their good rating is because after eventually vox decide to actually step up and do their job they sent Donovan to our house which he was working with Peter...they fix the problem with in minutes ...they so real client care and client respect while fixing our problems ...realising that the problem does not lie on the technicians but the actual clueless people that are answering the phone , the so called support ...my recommendation is that u actually get people to support clients that actually know what they are doing ....and got guys behind the phones trying to log in our system and mess everything up ....next time this happens I will know exactly who has logged in .....Peter and Donovan is the only reason why I'm still sticking with vox ....so thank u guys ....anybody need help with vox speak to Peter he is the only guy u can count in vox telecom.
Now once again vox has been unprofessional in honouring there commitments...last review was basicly on how pathetic there service is ...and today I thought maybe they can actually catch a wake up and act professional by the way the supervisor Angelo still fails to with hold his promise to a client he still has not provided feed back ...we spoke to the so call professional vox telecom and they said they would get a technician out today to see what's going on now instead of just doing that and keeping to it so we can solve this problem asap they responded later today saying we don't need one because our fibre is working...we get home to find they talking nonsense again just making excuses cause if the fibre was working we would be using fibre right now ...guess what they have failed to professional client service and respect once again
Since I got samsang rewards on my phone ...I have been saving up points to burn ...ready to burn for things I might need it has been months since I got the app and still no stock available ...so samsang advertises how amazing the app is and gets your attention and u get ur points by downloading other useless apps but you don't get to use the points or there is always out of stock ....sorry Samsung but this is like false advertising ...if u advertise that u can burn points then the client should be able to burn them and you should have stock and keep your commitments true....unprofessional
Not only does this restuarant have the best pasta but they have the best original pizza ...this place is like you have stepped into a littpe part of italy itself ...the owners are actually italian which is hard to come by cause the restaurants I have been to for example Mexican or Portuguese those owners are actually South African...u can tell the difference via food quality of respect and service and by the atmosphere... Forneria Italia u guys have raised the bar to a whole new level ...real Italian food and real Italian vibes ...you guys are the best ....guys if u ever want the best Italian food go to forneria italia , table view, 1 dianthus road , 7441
So our fibre is down again and again the assistance and professional help that was promise and that vox bragged about was not delivered this is like the 11 time we have had this problem ...last time we could not use our internet for 5 days now this is probably going to recur ....we spoke to a guys who was completely clueless on how to help once we realise we not going to get any proper help we spoke to the superviser name Angelo which this guy promised to get back to us of feedback and we have been waiting hours and still no phone call or update ...tonight we phoned again and all vox can do is blame frogfoot ...no s****s behind telephone no solution solving no professional client respect ...this is pathetic service .if u thinking about getting vox ...don't because u will regret it
