Casbah Annlin ... What can I say besides best service ever ... I received the worst service at Casbah Gezina last night and got Alex's number on another casbah menu. I'm not sure if Alex is a manager or owner of Casbah Annlin but he is the friendliest person I've ever met... he listened to me complain about the poor service I received and immediately offered to help me ... I was so surprised .. He immediately sent me their menu and arranged for delivery. Food was delivered quickly and tasted amazing. Many thanks to Alex from Casbah Annlin ... For good food and good service go order your food at Casbah Annlin ....
This Casbah Gezina is the worst food place I have ever ordered at. Service is poor. Ordered food from the manager Kyle last night and when we went to pick it up after 45min our order was not ready for collection and they would then tell us there are no ribs nor pulled pork. All information that the manager Kyle could have given me when I placed my order but did not !!! we had to figure it all out after more than 45 mins until we got there to pick up our order. note when I called to complain the waiter at first did not want to put me through to the manager but did to me insisting on it. When I was put through to Kyle I indicated that I wanted to talk to another manager because I did not want to talk to the person / manager who provided the poor service. he was just very rude and did not want to help me further. I suggest that you do not place your orders at casbah Gezina at all because you may not get your food. you will only receive poor service.
Worst service ever waited a hour for my food and still no show had to phone 2 times for feed back on my food. It is easy for them to deduct money from my account but i should wait 2 - 5 working days to get my money back .
What a horrible service. It has taken a full 2 week for them to port a number for me(and It’s still not completed). Online service states "why didn't you do it in the shop?" (OMW) I wanted to but the lady at Telkom Centurion Mall said "no it’s too late we will phone you Monday and do it" I am still waiting for that phone call and this was on the 25th of May. After a strangle I got 2 managers numbers but do you think either of them can help me and give me feedback. No Fifi the first manager never answers her phone. You need to send the same email 5 times before getting a response. The other manager Gladys can also not give you proper feedback stating she will phone you back but that never happens. I just phoned Fifi again and she was so rude and told me it is fine if I email a complaint. And I have the recording on my phone. This is really bad service. The most sad thing for me is that it isn't even a number from another service provider it is a Telkom to Telkom porting.
