I BOUGHT A SUB ASSEMBLY BY LANA MARAIS AT HARD2FIND AUTOSPARES. WE GOT THE ENGINE AND WHEN WE WANT TO TEST THE ENGINE IT WAS STUCK AND ALSO WANT TO EXCHANGE THE BEARINGS AND THE CRANK. WHEN WE OPEN THE SAMP THE BEARINGS AND CRANK WAS BROKEN AND LAY INSIDE THE SAMP. NOW THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY OR EXCANGE FOR ANOTHER ENGINE THEY SAID I OPEN THE SAMP. SO HOW MUST I OPEN AN ENGINE TO PUT NEW BEARINGS ESC. IN SO THAT MY CAR IS WORKING PROBLEY. SO NEVER YOU CAN OPEN THE ENGINE TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS FINE. SO NEVER BUY ANY THING BY THEM PLEASE. BECAUSE THEY SAID IF YOU OPEN THEY WILL NOT REFUND. AND ON AN SUB ASSEMBLY YOU CANT DO THAT YOU MUST OPEN TO RECONNECT TO OTHER ENGINE AND MAKE SURE ITS RIGHT BEFORE YOU PUT IT BACK.

i am unsatisfied with uif Worcester we are sitting already from February that we claim and not yet been pay. we had to go everytime back and sign and they said in 5 days we will a be payed but not yet. and there is no telephone numbers there we phone and the line just drop they said there is no lines in there offices. so how must we correspond with them all the time.
