What awesome service from Outsurance
What awesome service from Outsurance. I lost a set of car keys and contacted the agents to get a replacement. I almost fell of my chair when the told me the cost. I could not afford it at that point. A friend suggested that I should see if I had insurance cover for the keys. I called Outsurance on the off-chance to see if I had cover. A very friendly and professional HLONIPHILE MAGWAZA answered my call. She assured me that lost vehicle keys were included in my comprehensive cover. I followed her concise instructions, supp**** her with a quote and she lodge the claim. I was notified 24 hours later that the claim was settled. The whole process was effortless.

Snatcher
I have had a few great experiences with snatcher, however the last one was not satisfactory. No communication and no response after 5 followup emails. Come on Snatcher, this is a competitive market. Lots of other dudes out there

Happy with snatcher
Recently bought 9 items from Snatcher. Delivery was prompt. One item was not satisfactory so I logged a return via email. I was contacted back asking wgat time would suit me. The item was collected that same day and Snatcher requested my banking details for refund purposes. The refund has not reflected yet, but I am sure it will.

Dutton Plastics - excellent service
Dutton manufacture plastic products including toilet flush and fill systems. I was converting my toilet to use rain water and their fill valve was not designed to work with such a low pressure. I called their technical dept who referred me to their representative Brian. Brian suggested a solution and came round to my house to deliver the solution product free of charge. During this time their technical dept kept in touch with me to make sure that my problem was solved. So I received excellent service all the way from head office right down to to the rep on the road.

Deception of fake butter
I Bought butter distributed by Luzandia. Allthough butter should consist only of cream and possible salt, their butter also contains powders, hard-fats, soft-fats, colorants annatto. The product tastes terrible. I called the cumber on the package to get clarity on this deception. The lady on the phone was very rude. She also refused to transfer me to the manager or give me their contact info and put the phone down on me.
