Yesterday I spent an hour at pick n pay Westacres potchefstroom trying to send some parcels with aramex. The lady didn't have a clue what to do. Just wasted my time and money. Eventually she sent me to the depot and Brendon helped me quickly by dining it online. I told that lady to do it online but she either didn't know or refused to do it. Kindly get training done in store . If the app doesn't work then direct online access does. I kept insisting, but she kept refusing.
I've being buying great value oil from this store in potchefstroom for more than a year now and it's better than any other brand for our vetkoek. The price is good and so are products like excella mayo. Keep up the quality please.
Mtn had a very poor record for customer service. The online agents just give one the run a round. And the wrong, false info. This was confirmed by the store I went to in mooi rivier mall. What a battle to get my upgrade done. Every time Caroline tried to upgrade the retentions department cancelled it . After 8 days I had a strong word with Carmen at retentions and they stopped interfering. The offered me a ridiculously low package that Caroline couldn't find . This is all click bait to get the sale and then when you get the monthly bill it's way over the offered deal . So Caroline managed to reduce my monthly bill on both contacts and I got a new phone. Very good work. I'll recommend her!
They are quite rustic but well secluded in the bush veld. This place is ideal for the outdoors adventurer. There are emus and b*****k and other animals around there. The have a lovely pool too.
Shari was helpful and prompt with the query. Th e only thing is I still haven't received feedback about the Payment from your side after 2 weeks, whether it has been paid or not. She's the third person I've spoken to!

these guys went the extra mile on my vehicle. They even did work I didn't ask for. The job was done quickly and it looks like a new bakkie. I wish the whole bakkie could have been re done, but the insurance only covered the back, damaged section. Good customer service and friendly staff. Thumbs up to them for a great job
