Not updating credit bureau
Not sure how these people operate as a law firm...I have been paying my account every month as they requested, I check my credit report and comes back that I have not paid in 2 years...What is going on there? Why are you not updating my payments to the credit bureau?? You are messing with my life, that is not on.

People, please please please do not use this company. I received a letter from accountability that I owe Rentoza R5400 after making the last payment to them. PLEASE DO NOT USE RENTOZA!!! You will be making the BIGGEST mistake of your life!

Worst Pick 'n Pay EVER
Pick 'n Pay - Brackenfell Hyper : I went to buy a few things that we needed to make a salad as I was already there. I got my few loose tomatoes and went to the scale where there was someone already weighing something for a customer. As I got to her she just simply left and I was standing there waiting...EVENTUALLY someone noticed me standing there waiting to get my 3 tomatoes weighed but nope, she also just turned around and walked away. I tried to get someone's attention and then someone weighed my tomatoes!!! That was not even the worst of everything. I get to the till and one of the cashiers colleagues is standing there chatting away! I HAD TO WORK AROUND THEM AS THEY KEPT ON CHATTING??? Really??? I am not going back there again. *Also, so far I have yet to see a Pick 'n Pay cashier with no attitude towards their customers. Cashier : Khungiwe Renngge
