Stay away from this greedy monster
Stay away from this company. The name of the agent is Thelma Kruger. It looks like she is the only there. She will be polite and kind untill you pay money. Then absolutely different story. She will lie all the time and scrutinize you for money. She asked us 40 percent more after we paid full invoice price. Without any reason. Otherwise she would never send our animals. She put our dog to a wooden box that fell apart during the flight and airlines had to replace it. Animals were absolutely stressed after the flight and dealing with this monster. Don't even think to use her so called "service"

Albert Smith from Pam Golding Melkbosstrand is the worst agent ever. Pam Golding - the worst company ever. Checked all our docs for renting a house, we signed a lease agreement, paid them double deposit plus one month in advance plus service fee and utility deposit. Woala 2 days before moving in they told us that they will not allow us to occupy the property and will not pay our money back. We went legal.
