For my wifi that was not sorted out, was promised 20 meg line from Evotel. And got a 10 meg line. Was not promised what we signed up for. Now Supersonic has given my personal details to the Dept Collectors to collect the amount. AFTER I HAVE SAID TO THEM I WILL NOT PAY THE BILL UNTIL I GET MY 20 MEG LINE. After numerous telephone calls to these people Supersonic says I must speak to Evotel. Evotel says I must speak to Supersonic. And NO ONE has called again. So to hear all of the people that i have spoken to over watsup at Evotel is no more employees of Evotel any more. So nou wat nou?????
So Evotel and Supersonic is together. Don't know how. But what I can understand Evotel sells the Viber to you and you use Supersonic as the Viber. I got promised by Evotel I will get a 20meg line for R549 a month, and when instalation is being done there will be no prorata to be paid nothing... Well this morning I got an email from Supersonic that my account will be suspended as I need to Pa R2036. 61. I have tried numerios times to get in contact with Evotel reported on Hello Peter, and have tried to get in contact with Supersonic and NOTHING. really Hellopeter please help me to sort out this problem please? When you are promised something but you get something else

I have reported these people on the 28 August 2024. No one has called me with a solution. Someone did call and said someone else will call me no one did. I send a nee message to Hello Pieter, and my emails were blocked to them. Please we need to get this Fibre line sorted out once and for all. Do you see when I report NO FEEDBACK
Very very bad service. Signed up for a 20meg line verbal contract. And only got 10meg. Also been fighting with them since 3 July 2024 and today it's the 28 August and still nothing has been done. Now it's said my service will be suspended until I pay the proratha. No one said about this. No one said that there is amount to be paid upfront. All I want is thwt I signed up for. 20meg line for R549.
The people are very friendly. But as soos as you take a policy with them. There are a lot of companies that call you to sell goods to you.
I arrived there at 17:20, the restaurant was still open, I ordered 2x double cheese hamburgers with an extra regular chips. I saw that the kitchen staff was busy cleaning the kitchen and wasn't very happy when I placed my order Came home and saw that the bun has mold dew on the bottom, no cheese on both the hamburgers, I have photos to prove this.
