No refund, no updates, no service!!
I placed an order on the 25th of March - ALOT of items were missing, so I logged a query (email) the same day. The call center was already closed by the time my order arrived. Since then, they have given me several reference numbers and I even called them. They keep telling me that the query is pending. After calling them, I just never heard anything again!! ***!? Now I don't have the stuff that I wanted, and I don't have more money to buy it!! You guys are slipping! This is unacceptable! Do you even know what it's like to struggle like this!!?? Phoning and email the whole time!

SO ****ED WITH RCS!!!
The only reason there is one star, is because you HAVE TO select a star before continuing the complaint. RCS Merchant Services are useless! Between today and yesterday, I have spent 90 min holding on for them! No one picks up the phones!!! I have been emailing them constantly, also no luck!!! Just respond on my ****** email!!!

QUICK BOOKS SUCK!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
They put unauthorised debit orders through my account and refuse to give me refund on it!! They say the refunds are processed, but it wasn't.

RCS IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!
This thing doesn't give me an option of rating NO STARS. I would not even give RCS one star. I have been struggling to close my account since the 17th of May 2018 after settling both my Game Card ( ********** ********** 27668) and my RCS Card ( ********** ********** 73810). I have sent two emails already requesting this to be done and I have been phoning since 8:00 this morning, just to be placed on hold and never being answered again. They keep on telling me they will put me through to the department closing the cards, but that person never answers. All together today, I have been holding on for 73 minutes and then later cut the call, because I am using my cellphone to do this. RCS is very quick to offer credit and lift your credit, but when it comes to general admin, they SUCK. I need to close this account, ASAP. And if a debit order goes off my account this month, the hell is going to be loose! Please assist.
