I’m deeply disappointed in Refreshi. I had an order scheduled went there at the correct time however the business is closed I immediately contacted Refreshi regarding the matter and requested a refund to no avail. I’ve sent numerous emails and still no answer. Do not trust them
I ordered ADSL at the end of JULY. Waited for installation, turned out the cable line in my area needed repairs. No word on the cable line. I've been booked several appointments which have all received no follow through. Whenever I call regarding the matter I get pushed to other departments. There is no sense of accountability or service delivery. The cherry on top of the lumpy cake is that I received an sms saying my account is in arrears and I owe R 361.57 (HOW THOUGH). There is still no ADSL in my house. No services have been rendered but I owe these MuthaF**@#*rs money. Lets see if this gets resolved which I highly doubt.
Such apathetic service from the one at Harrison street. Incompetent and lazy staff. Absolutely useless. I ended up going up the road to the one at Ghandhi square where I received the help I am entitled to as a card carrying member.
If there was a rating that is less than 0. Misleading and daylight robbery. Any dispute you have will end in dust. All the S**T everyone complains about is true.
