Internet shuts down at 5pm on Saturday, I call to get tech support but instead get a message to say that their office is closed and will only be open on Monday. Is it just me or does this make no sense at all considering that I pay for 24/7 internet? I would warn anybody new to stay away from Supersonic, MTN's bad customer service habits have been implemented in this business. I wish my contract wasn't a year long. What a disappointment.
I'm writing this as I go into my 27th minute of holding the line trying to reach an operator listening to an automated message about "experiencing a high volume of calls". 1. This is the third time I've had to hold the phone a long time waiting to speak to an operator 2. I've tried to "leave a message to be called back" by the operator and still waiting for that call till today 5 months down the line 3. If you know you experience a high volume of calls at certain times of the month, why have no steps been taken to remedy this issue 4. I'm not on Facebook, please don't send me your automated response Reminds me of when I was still with MTN, looks like only way to solve this is to move to a different provider like I did with my family's phones.
