Good day On Saturday 13 May 2019 I was at La Senza Sandton city branch to buy my bridal outfit because I’m getting married end of this month . I was then attended by a lady called Palesa Mothepu as per attached picture . I chose a white full body suit together with various items that I was ready to buy. But Palesa Mothepu stopped me from fitting the white body suit saying that I’m not allowed to try them on because I would put stain on them . Then I told her usually these lingeries are tried with my own panties on I don’t see where the problems is . She insisted that I wouldn’t try them . How am I supposed to buy something for my wedding night without trying it on first ? I mean it’s my big day and she was rude and insisted that I couldn’t try it . I then left everything I wanted to buy and left the store. I phoned other branches just to confirm if that was a genuine information about La Senza but and all the branchs that I phoned said it was a lie that I could have tried it on. Her manager’s name is Aynda Ndebele but Palesa Mothepu told me that the manager was not around . I’m truly disappointed with the terrible service and the way I was treated like a child who would go around putting stain on their clothes. The fact that she couldn’t care less about my big day and at least trying to assist .
Dear Sirs I applied for a bond with Nedbank , the bond was approve then I was celebrating with my family. Four days after receiving a final grant letter I then received another letter stating that my bond has been declined . I tried to get hold of Nedbank for 2weeks to find out why my bond had been declined after final letter ? No one could help me, all they could say is that the system has been locked we do not have access to see what happen. Than I was advised to open a case of complaint ,which I did. Now even after I had a complaint number NO one even bothered to call me. It was another chase to find out what happened . Later on I managed to speak to a Lady in complaint who told me Nedbank declined you because I am a high risk. Then I asked based on what ? She then replied it's nothing to do with your affordability but they just picked up you are a high risk . If I am a high risk why did they even go as far as approving the bond. Why go all that far by sending a final grant and not even have the decency of calling me as a client to explain what happened . I feel I have been unfairly treated and it was really a poor customer service . As I am trying this letter nobody from Nedbank has called me. I had to chase them to find out what happened . And if I can afford why am I a high risk ? Based on what? I have so many unanswered questions . I really hope this can help someone out there looking for a bond . This is really unacceptable way of dealing with a client , mind you Nedbank is my bank for years . The first time I ask for a bond they turn me down in such a poor poor way . Yours sincerely Clotilde
