I Ordered from Lasenza South Africa online no Order Number was provided but the bank transaction description was: OSCARKITTO BERTRANGE LULU. Payment was made on the 29 January 2025 @ 20:59 (GMT+2) No delivery details & no order confirmation was received - they just ghosted me and i cannot sign into my online account again. Will never buy there again, do not recommend anyone to ever buy from the online store - it's a ****. Contacted my bank (Capitec - Case numbers: 02387211 & 02486679) ) to try to have my funds returned, they keep closing the ***** case with the reason being "Invalid" Thank you for being useless Capitec - after 15 years of banking with you guys I'm moving to Discovery Bank.

Do not order from La Senza online. They deduct your money, confirm your order, inform you that the International seller will contact you regarding delivery, but then... They keep your money until you enquire, cancel your order and state refunded. Be careful people La Senza is a good quality product, best buy in store rather than online

I am quite shocked …I went online to purchase an I was quite shocked at the prices…I find Victoria secrete to be much more cheaper compared to these prices…absolutely shocked A bra costing R24 518. Jus shocking

Visited your Canal Walk branch just over a week ago. In the past, I would frequent your Tygervalley branch. I had my toddler with me and in-between running after her and trying to find garments that I like were tricky, to say the least. I had to wait and wait and wait for someone to assist me every time I needed assistance. One was standing staring outside while the other folded underwear leisurely. I looked at her while waiting at the till for assistance and she just staired at me and continued to fold garments. After an unpleasant shopping experience and waiting in line, watching both customers before me having their bought goods nicely packaged in tissue paper and a cute little la senza bag i had my 3 garments throen into an Edgars packet. What makes me less worthy of the same treatment? Your Tygervalley store never offered me such sub par service and I was hurt and humiliated after this experience at your store.

I used to speak so highly of the La Senza brand to other and used to justify that the price of the bra speaks to the quality as well as the service you get when you visit a La Senza store. Ladies would help you and measure you and really assist you to walk out with exactly what you came for and most of the time even got you to spend more money than you ever intended to. And that was amazing. I went to the Menlyn store today(29 Septemeber) with excitement of getting my new bras and that service. I walked in and the lady(Oketso) was busy with other stock, i greeted her, mentioned that i dont know my soze anymore and after she didnt offer to measure me i asked her to check the size of the bra i have on at that moment and she did. After this she didnt say one word to me, she left me to shop around and didnt offer to help Me at all. I was looking through all the stock and she was sitting behind the counter on her phone. As i left she asked if i was still ok, and I decided then and there that this want worth it anymore. Clearly La Denza isnt what it used to be. I put back the bra i already had in my hand and told her that people dont come to buy R1000 bras to be ignored by the shop assistant. Im not saying she should offer me coffee and cake but at least offer to measure me and give me some suggestions as an expert.

Good day On Saturday 13 May 2019 I was at La Senza Sandton city branch to buy my bridal outfit because I’m getting married end of this month . I was then attended by a lady called Palesa Mothepu as per attached picture . I chose a white full body suit together with various items that I was ready to buy. But Palesa Mothepu stopped me from fitting the white body suit saying that I’m not allowed to try them on because I would put stain on them . Then I told her usually these lingeries are tried with my own panties on I don’t see where the problems is . She insisted that I wouldn’t try them . How am I supposed to buy something for my wedding night without trying it on first ? I mean it’s my big day and she was rude and insisted that I couldn’t try it . I then left everything I wanted to buy and left the store. I phoned other branches just to confirm if that was a genuine information about La Senza but and all the branchs that I phoned said it was a lie that I could have tried it on. Her manager’s name is Aynda Ndebele but Palesa Mothepu told me that the manager was not around . I’m truly disappointed with the terrible service and the way I was treated like a child who would go around putting stain on their clothes. The fact that she couldn’t care less about my big day and at least trying to assist .

My husband bought me a Christmas present of 3 bras. I bought myself before Chrismas 3 bras at 1/3 of the price so I have no need for another 3. So today i tried to return them just to be told i cannot return, i have to get a voucher or change for something else (thats also 1/3 more expensive than in other shops) So sad that La Senza can take your money but refuse to refund it. I (and my husband) will NEVER EVER put another foot in a LaSenza.

I got to La Senza Gateway yesterday and there was no customer service whatsoever. The ladies were business talking about their personal thing and they were very loud. I wanted to ask if they had a certain lingerie but cause they were so loud I couldn't really ask anything. I ended up leaving the shop.
