My husband bought me a Christmas present of 3 bras. I bought myself before Chrismas 3 bras at 1/3 of the price so I have no need for another 3. So today i tried to return them just to be told i cannot return, i have to get a voucher or change for something else (thats also 1/3 more expensive than in other shops) So sad that La Senza can take your money but refuse to refund it. I (and my husband) will NEVER EVER put another foot in a LaSenza.
<p>I bought a secondhand Samsung TV remote control from them on Wednesday. Danie was very helpful in assisting me, we agreed that I would test it out and if it doesn't work I'll return it. I said that I haven't got the cash with me and Danie said not a problem to pay with the credit card they will credit me back when I return with the remote. ALL OF THIS CONVERSATION TOOK PLACE IN FRONT OF THE 2 LADIES AT THE FRONT DECK WITH NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP. Today being Friday and 2 days later I return to the shop with the non working remote just to be informed by the lady at the front desk that Danie is not there and Donovan (also not there) has to authorize the credit. She didn't want to phone either and didn't want to give me any numbers. When I said i am not going to wait she said then i have to come back. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT SO WILLING TO GIVE IT BACK. I said to them that all of the conversation took place right in front of them and that was what was agreed upon. I was never informed that i have to make sure that either Danie or Donovan is there for a credit to take place. After a lot of words between us, the lady eventually agreed to credit my credit card. That is not how you attent to a paying cutomer thats doing business with you (for many years.) I can totaly understand a customer returning something where there was no previous agreement BUT this was different. I paid the money to go home with the remote to test it. I did not buy the remote on a voetstoots basis.</p>
