Why capitec?? Do I have to fight everytime with you to receive my international payment. It's been over 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from capitec or received anything. I'm really over how incompetent you are when it comes to international payment. My sister is with Fnb got sent money the same day as I did, she got her money over a week ago. No problems on Fnb side but capitec is just a problem after a problem. Now I'm not even threatening I'm done with this sub standard bank that I have been so loyal too. You now will be losing another customer to FNB
I'm waiting for an international payment to clear into my account, as I have no food or water for myself and my son after the Kzn floods. Just to be told that they can't clear it as my surname is spelt wrong, I checked with the person who sent the money, my surname has not been spelt incorrectly, in fact the person from capitec I was speaking to used the name of a person I last got a big payment from for my car. Mubeen. Capitec says I must get the sender to contact the bank and amend the name, which is actually spelt correctly. They cannot do that as the bank system they used is in the UK and they stuck here in south Africa. I have been a client of yours for over 10 years now. I am shocked at how incompetent you can be. When I asked to esculate it I was put in hold for 10 min until I finally run out of airtime. If that money is not in my account by the end of the day, I will be closing down my capitec bank account and moving to a more compotent bank, that can actually do there jobs probably. Thanks to capitec my self and my 5 year old child will be once again going to bed without food or water because of how incompetent capitec is. I'm absolutely shocked at how bad your service was, no wonder people are leaving your bank. Never in my 10 years have I had such a problem
Cell c please explain to me what is the point of buying a whatsapp bundle for R30, it never works, I have to restart my phone just for the messages to go through. Really pointless and a waste of money those whatsapp bundles are! Since moving to cell c I have had endless problems, if it's not your Hillcrest staff robbing us, there's no signal is non existence. I think it's time I move over to better network, as I'm actually sick and tired of having to complain about cell c. Useless I would not even recommend you to my worst enemy
So you enter into a contract for 2 years, for a new phone and your airtime, when the 2 years is up and your contract rolls over, you still pay the same amount as if you where to get a new phone. So basically the data and airtime I get is not the same value as I'm paying. I'm paying more for data and airtime. If was to put that money onto my phone and by data myself it would be cheaper. I don't understand how you can continue charging a customer the same price when the phone is paid off. Also to top it off I went into vodacom Hillcrest kzn and the service was terrible, I waited a very long time before I even got served, the lady was trying to sell me a phone I did not want! I wanted a Samsung she offered me a lower version of the phone I currently have. I asked about the Huawei, too get told they don't keep that brand of phone in stock but yet it's advertised in the paper, I got from there shop. The attitude that they displayed I would not recommend vodacom Hillcrest to anyone. This is not my first bad encounter with them. I will take my money somewhere else, I have been a customer of yours for over 15 years. Very disappointed
Your service is absolutely shocking, both from your store and head office. You guys have absolutely no care about your customer. I have never come across such bad service. You guys are a joke and your company will close down if you carry on like this
Terrible service from your waterfall branch and a really I don't care attitude from the manager. I bought a green peerless push bike for my child, it didn't even last 3 weeks and the back wheel buckled, I took it back, I understand lock down happened. We have now been in lock down level 3 for 3 months. No communication from toys r us about the repair! I have been waiting for over 5 months now. I go in to see them, I got promised someone would contact me on Monday to let me know what is happening with the bike. Of course I receive NO phone call, so I phoned them. I got told I must come collect the bike as it has been repaired. So my mom goes too collect the bike, drives all the way home, my child rides his bike the back wheel falls off, he falls off and hurts himself. They did NOTHING to repair the bike after I was told they replaced the back Tyre. I phoned in to the Manger he really didn't care, I asked if he could replace it, as it didn't even last a month, he told me yeah when they receive stock. Everytime I have been into toys r us, they have stock of the bicycle. I now want a refund!! I have had to go out and buy my child a new bike as that's all he wanted for his birthday. He got the bike in January. The staff told me they have numerous complaints about those bikes. The Manger basically told me he won't help me and I must contact head office. If head office cannot help, I will have to take this matter futher.
So still to date you guys haven't even bothered to sort out the double debit on my account nore the stealing that went on in your Hillcrest store. So sad that such a big company can STEAL from people who don't have much. I'm now going to stop paying the debit order, you can steal from me, I just won't pay. I have provided you guys with an email address, 2 ID numbers, I have phoned in and the reality is no one cares. Like I said unless you have a lot of money for lawyers fees or know someone high up in cell c are you only then prepared to help someone with whom you have stolen from. I will be seeking legal advice and advise anyone else who cell c has robbed to stop paying there contracts, keep all the evidence of how cell c would not stop stealing and when they hand you over take all this info to court with you. The only phone call I have received from cell cis them trying to make me take out another contract. I also have a recorded call from cell c where I was assured this would never happen again and if it did cell c would sort it out but you guys just don't care.
Cell c you still haven't sorted out the problem where your Hillcrest staff stole from me. Your franchise manager doesn't care at all. Your signal is so ****, my response doesn't even go through on my last post. Now to top it of the contracts we took out should only be R700, now my account was debit for over R 1400. What is going on with your theiving Hillcrest store. Someone contact me elmelville93@gmail.com. If you guys can't sort this out I will going to my lawyer and I'll take you to court. I'm now sick of your Hillcrest store robbing and lying to people
Scam scam. Once again I have been scammed by you guys. Cell C Hillcrest admitts that there was an employer in there store scamming people but refuse to refund my money after I have shown them proof that I have been scammed as well the other employer in-store admitting this all happened. I wonder how long it's going to take you to fix this complained, or wait you won't be bothered unless I actually know someone who works for cell c HR like with the last time you scammed me. Sad thing is I was assured this would not happen again, haven't even had the contract for a month and cell c have once again scammed me.
Your international help is useless. My mom and I have been trying to contact you for nearly two weeks now, for someone too assist her with her account. She is in the UK and has been locked out of her account after spending R 200 on airtime trying to contact Capitec from my side to try and get her assistant, still nothing has happened. We where told they will Skype her, as her phone won't do international calls, we still waiting. She has no money over there and needs to buy food. Capitec service is so shockingly useless that now she has no way of eating. We have emailed, called and posted on social media. If Capitec cannot sort this out I will be getting my lawyer involved. Capitec is going down hill fast and after the service I have received I will never recommend this bank again to anyone!
