I TOOK MY CAR IN TO NISSAN STRYJOM PARK ON THE 27TH OF JUNE. 3 WEEKS LATER I DONT HAVE MY CAR (NISSAN MAGNITE WHICH DIED AT 55KILOMETRES) AND THEY ARE NOT EVENING LOANING ME A CAR. MY CAR HAD A TURBO BREAKDOWN WHICH THEY CLAIMED FROM WARRANTY BUT NOW ARE TELLING ME THEY WANT TO FIX IT RATHER BECAUSE OF A BACKLOG. IV BEEN ASKING FOR A LOAN CAR SINCE DAY 1. THEY TELL ME THE TURN AROUND TIME IS 24HOURS YET IM GOING TO 3 WEEKS REQUESTING FOR A CAR.
Honestly save your money. The worse ISP in SA. No client service ethic what so ever. No communication either and Bianca - the finance lady? Rude and ***********!!! I called and sent an email to cancel on the 9th. Today I follow up since I have not received an email to confirm and only today I am told about a cancellation form?? They are honestly the worst thing you can do to yourself. Support is not good either
