This is the worse company to take a cellphone contract with, they have not customer service at all. You have to chase them to respond to your queries and they deduct money monthly from your account but does not provide a proper service for the funds they take on a monthly basis.
Joshco does not respond to ex tenants emails and commit to refund deposit but it is a nightmare to get your deposit bank.Gave notice in Feb left end March and to date I am struggling to get my 4000 deposit back from Joshco
