Worst customer experience ever !!!
It seems to be a national problem. I also had the worst customer experience ever !!!! They feel nothing for their customers. Customer care does not even respond to concerns anymore !!! I will never buy anything from them and tell everyone I know about the poor aftersales service.

Beware !!
Asked them to test injectors for a Tata Xenon as there was excessive smoke from the exhaust, but the vehicle was still running. They said it needed reconditioning and would cost R 20 000 to repair. Paid the R20 000 and fitted the injectors. The vehicle would not even start. Returned the injectors to them and now they say there is water and rust contamination. They had the injectors tested by McKenzie Diesel whom gave the report and also does not have a good review on hellopeter.com. The vehicle did not even start with these injectors, so how can it be contaminated ?
