In my entire life of shopping with Woolworths today was the worst day ever .so I bought items online n got refunded due to some reasons I opted for the voucher which took forever to get finally when I received the voucher then went to mall of Africa Woolworths which is normally the best to shop at.bought my stuff went to the till then this rude lady her name being WISANI rudely asked for my physical ID which I told her I don't have and why would I need an ID to use my voucher ,it's actually not what was asked from me it was how she was asking it as if am a thief or some sort I don't know but I must say that I really felt disrespected and undermined ,she was so rude in saying that I almost gave birth by the counter n really I was just wasting her time.i must admit I felt discriminated shame
I must admit that the results I got was not really as satisfying I guess it's the packs of not reading fine prints when taking insurance.honestly the efficiency and speed my query was resolved was the best Samantha Cati is the best she knows her story shes very friendly kept me going when I thought all hope was gone .I would like to recommend a bonus and increase for her what an asset u have as a company.
Best service ever.had an issue with price issues where I was overcharged the supervisor @ pick n pay protea north (Esther)was the best she handled my query with efficiency and respect .keep up the good work Esther I wish all pick n pay can have such PPL like u who take clients queries seriously

The experience I got from Nandos in savoy is very poor that I felt that am so black for them. Their service is really bad and the manager does not even care. I got there drived through waited more than 30 minutes for my order the lady @ the collection didn't even greet me she just took the slip,worse my order had no extra sauce had to drive back from home to get my extra sauce. I then called their customer service to complain and they said the store Manger will call me regarding that it's been 2weeks now I still haven't received that call. I then went to waterfall Nandos on Sunday I was out in less than 10min with friendly stuff not sure if it's bcus its a rich ppls area and that's y they don't take ppl seriously at savoy I still have that question as to why was I taken for a stupid.
Alexandra pick n pay needs to employe more stuff it's month end and only 1 cashier working @ liquor store. Service is terrible
I complained about bad service I got from checkers @mall of Africa by calling the complaints department on Tuesday n I still didnt get feedback even today. To add on top of that I went bck on Wednesday to do my min groceries n the lady who gave me bad attitude (Tears) @ deli jst loughed together with her freind right in my face to show that nothing was done on the matter, n I should never ever ever go bck to that store cus clearly no one knows anything abt customer service period, it's very very bed poor to b specific.
