I terrible service from clearwater telkom Last year I upgraded my contract at telkom clearwater and requested for insurance which is all specified in documents i signed. three months later i found out that insurance wasnt enrolled by the consultant who later when i found out promised to reactify that error from his side but until to date none. i escalated the matter with the floor manager who promised as well she will sort it out and call me after but not. i have visited the store more than 10 times with no success when i get there they shift blame from one consultant to another to wait for their floor managers call still none. this has been going on for more than 10 months now I'm tired. at some point i stopped paying them hoping this will be attended to but instead I was still getting the back slap at the end. this query has been handled by atleast 5 people at the branch no one has done what theyve promised so far. its of luck luck my device still function perfectly with no problem without insurance.

Ref TC008437 bad finrite service
The service of the BACK OFFICE for finrite stinks bad. and CALL CENTER CONSULTANTS and up having to make up lies about the service TAT which also make them look inconsistance while they are doing part of their Job fine. its approaching the third week now they have never contacted for any feed back i have since than been the one the contacts to get feedback most of the time im given conflicting info from consultant one will say this and the other that. i dont even know why i took out my insurance with them.
