I placed order end of May beginning of June. Today no response received. Money taken from my account but no package received. I have been emailing but no response received. They are using different names advertising on fb. BE careful people
My issue still not resolved. They were quick to respond on my 1st review. I wish they would do the same with regards to solving my matter. They keep asking me for same information I have provided to them. Phones not being answered. Very frustrating
Have a layby which I tried to cancel. Was told to choose something else which I rejected. After numerous phone calls I was sent a refund form which I completed and attached bank statement. This was last week Thursday. Today 12May I called and was told they do not do refunds anymore I must choose something else or disputebwith my bank. I have sent few emails asking when I should expect my refund. No response. Customer service sucks
Ordered masks from them. They sent sub standard masks. The earstraps break when trying to put masks on. Sent email. Still no response. Will never buy from them
I have been waiting for refund from SAA voyager since April. Been dealing with a lady called Ntsako. Several emails sent to her with no response. Tshepo a supervisor at Sa Airlink has also sent emails to her and her supervisor in vain. Not sure where to go now. Totally unprofessional. No care in the world
