When you order you get a quick mail telling you your order has been received.After that nothing.No follow up mail or telling you when your order arrive. Website has no phone number to contact.Very suspicious.Won't use Them ever again.****
Order Samsung S52 26 November 2022 (R5999.00).Quickly receive a mail and order no,then nothing.No service whatsoever.I phoned since then 48 times with no answer just "mailbox full".Someone answered and promise(even confirmed via mail) that phone wil be delivered on Monday 5 November.Still nothing.I mailed for a refund and does not even get a resonse.This is a rippoff at its best.

I have paid in full for a Samsung phone on Black Friday.The only email i received is the order no.If you try to phone it says mailbox full and no answer.Got hold of Eric who promised delivery today after they sms me.Still no communication or phone.Emailed for a refund not even a reply,nothing! This is a dodgy company and I regret not doing my homework before hand. DO NOT BUY FROM CLICK ON SHOP!YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
The Managares us utterly unfriendly bossy and unable to help elderly people in need.She treated me definitely not like a 18yr customer of Absa.It felt like I'm in a walking in thick syrup and everything seems to be hard work.I never once felt she wanted to understand my problem.It felt a bit like dealing with a goverment institution. The rest of the staff is absolutely great, it's a pity a whole branch needs to be drawn down by such a attitude.
Samsung is typical big corporate,easy to sell you stuff but the after service is non existing.They even use outside companies like We Fix to do their repairs.You phone Samsung and they tell you its not their problem,take the damaged goods to we Fix!Why would i bother the first place to waste time and money.I own 8 Samsung tvs+ 2 refrigirators with ice machines and a microwave from them.As well as 2 Grearfit 2s and numurous cell phones and tablets. One of the Gearfit 2s which was purchased in Jan 2016 had screen problems after 7 months..After a 2 month dispute(and whithout the Gearfit 2) with Samsung Somerset West Mall ,Samsung send me a new Gearfit.My optimism was short lived for the warranty on the new Gear fit 2 was only the remainder of the original Gearfit 2!!So you get a new unit but Samsung don't have any confidance in their own product to put a 2 year warranty on the new replacement unit!! So as it would be in May 2018 the same problem persist on the replacement unit obviously now out warranty,they want you to pay R2000 for a new screen via We Fix!!!The new Gearfit 2 Pro is available for R2500!! What a rip off and im done with Samsung and wont ever touch any of their products again. And i know some call centre guy will call me now and tell me that it is not company policy to extend the warranty on replacement units and say sorry. This time you have lost a very good servant of Samsung.
I bought a brand new Samsung gear fit 2 as well as a 42 inch tv from Samsung Somerset west in early 2016.The Gear fit 2 stop working after a months later( Still in the warrantee).Took it back and waited a month for repairs witch was sent to Canal walk Cape town(Should be back in max 14 days).Eventually after many calls, moaning and misery (Mr Bolton )the then owner manage to get me a new one by June 2016.So new watch, new 1yr guarantee,after 10 months screeen just went blank again.Took it back the 25th of May to be repaired.Again the same procedure as the previous year.No one report back on status or anything,You have to follow up,leave messages for people who never bother to call back.Many calls and frustrated to the edge still nothing and still no one call back.They are quick to sell but no after service,none!! Im done with Samsung is Somerset west at Somerset Mall!!!!
