Intercape have the worst service! Canceled the same bus ride twice!! They canceled the first one, then rescheduled for us, then canceled that one too...everytime the afternoon before departure!!! All they can say is...sorry for the inconvenience!!😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Previous trip was from PE to Pretoria...the toilet must have been full for days as the whole bus reeked from urine!! I demanded to sit in the frontseat as I could not breathe and you could barely breathe there!!!!! That very same bus ride took 23 hours and 30 min!!! What a nightmare!!!
I would like to say to Mario and Danelle, and all the people there that I spoke to....and it was just about everyone, who refused to correct the invoice from a consultation to a prescription fee which I would gladly have paid, but felt it was unfair of the dr to charge me a double consultation as he seen my son for less than 10 min, during which the dr gave me a repeat prescription for an ailment I have seen him for the month before!! Mario and his cronies were unwilling to assist me with this correction and handed me over without further ado. I am totally discusted with them!!!!
Dr Siebert Van Onselen: I made an appointment for my son at the Intercare in Lynwood with Dr Van Onselen, and during out less than 10 min consultation, he asked me if there was anything else, and I asked him for a repeat prescription for myself that I have seen him for before...It took him 2 minutes during my son's 10 min consultation and he charged me for a double consultation, he did not even inform me he will charge me for a seccond consultation before writing the prescription out...knowing that Im a widdow raising two children by myself (my husband died because af malpractice from a nother doctor). I would have gladly paid a prescription fee od R115 as he was rntitled, but not a consultation fee of R450!! Is this not extortion from him???
