I am a regular at Tashas, and my favorite dish are the salmon fish cakes. Last week I ordered it and the waiter informed me that there was a change in the menu and that it no longer came with avocado. I agreed to have it. When the meal arrived it was totally different, there was no longer a green salad which in the past made up more than 60% of the plate. (I was not informed by my waitress who barely spoke English fluently) I asked to speak to the manager. He seemed quiet defensive and rude from the beginning. Even though i greeted him with a smile and explained myself to him in a very curtious and pleasant way. His response was that i should call the head office in cape town to complain. I guess I only wanted an apology and an explanation to the change. For I would never order my favorite meal again (which i travelled out of my way for). A company like Tashas should have exceptional management whom ensure their guests are taken care of.
I contacted Aramex ( ********** 800) early this week with regards to an urgent parcel which was supposed to be delivered to me on the 12th of June. After being transferred to several different operators and giving my tracking number to each 1, i was continuously put on hold. I called back and spoke to a supervisor called Vani who explained that my parcel was being withheld by customs for the last 2 weeks. Vani said that she would contact customs and call me back. She did not. The next day I called for Vani whom was unable to take my call. Ryan then assisted me. I explained the situation to him and he called me shortly after. He told me to call customs as they need personal information from me. He gave me this number- ********** 002. I called and was told that only Salowne -(not sure of the spelling)could assist me. I was transfered to Salowne and then placed on hold for over 10 minutues. I cut the call and called back 2 more times and each time Salowne put me on hold after accepting my call and hearing my query. Eventually i told her not to put me on hold. She then informed me that she needs to send documents to customs and she will contact me by the end of the day. She did not call me back and i can not get through.
